Claims drift from reality over time as the world changes. Our drift detection systems continuously monitor claims against fresh evidence, flagging entries that need updating. This keeps the library alive and relevant.
Repair Systems
When claims fail or drift, repair workflows activate. Humans can fix claims manually, or Repair Autopilot (with LLM support) suggests evidence-based corrections. The system learns which repairs work and which fail.
